Disney Trip: Day 3

For our last Disney day we had a few priorities.

#1 - sleep in!!! the boys had been going to sleep much later than usual, as well as missing some naps, so letting them (and us!) sleep in seemed like a good idea.

#2 - enjoy the warm weather! our resort had a pool with a great little kid water playground which we definitely wanted to take advantage of while we were here. both our boys are fish so they were dying to get in the water.

#3 - MORE MAGIC KINGDOM!!!

Luckily we fulfilled all our wishes. After sleeping in we decided we'd use the first part of the day to skip the parks and take our guys to the pool. They had a fantastic time. We splashed, swam, had a poolside lunch, and went down the water slide a million times!

After swimming and naps we headed back to the Magic Kingdom. One thing Timmy was interested in was seeing some princesses. He doesn't really know who many of them are, but we had talked about princesses living in the castle so he was really curious to see them. When we arrived at MK there was an area set up where you could visit princesses, and the line was relatively short, so we hit that up right away. Timmy was really happy to show the princesses his light sword and tell them all about how he is a brave knight. lol.

After meeting the princesses we hit up some rides we missed the first day. Pirates of the Caribbean, the Haunted Mansion, and Timmy's favorite (& his first roller coaster) Big Thunder Mountain!!! We also enjoyed some delicious churros while watching the Electric Light Parade. It was an amazing evening and a great end to a fantastic impromptu Disney trip!
